Pastor Mitch Horton

  • The most important thing we can do right now is develop our prayer life and keep it strong.  You wouldn’t think of leaving home in the morning without dressing yourself!  We should not think of leaving home without praying about our day!

  • In the book of Leviticus, God introduces the practice of using a scapegoat to carry away the sins of the people on the Day of Atonement. Later, Jesus would become the perfect act of atonement and act as a scapegoat to cary away our sins and sicknesses.

  • Jesus’ coming is delayed because of God’s desire for as many people as possible to be saved from the coming judgments and hell.  As Christians, we are called to take part in this mission to intercede for and lead others in our lives to Christ.  Pastor Mitch teaches us how we can effectively pray for the lost and wayward Christians to come to Christ and be saved.

  • Today's environment is producing a spirit of fear around the world. It is important that we counteract the negative input all around us with faith in the Word of God.  In this message, Pastor Mitch talks about the promises of health and healing that we have when we live and act upon this faith.

  • Many churches today begin the year with a time of fasting and prayer.  Pastor Mitch explains the biblical principles behind fasting and how you can prepare to get the most spiritually out participating in our church's 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting.
